CharlottE
​
Charlotte is the principal & creator of Aspire, and she opened the school in 2011.
Charlotte has danced from a very young age and went on to pursue a career as a professional dancer by gaining a place on the theatre dance course at Phil Winstons Theatreworks.
She has achieved recognised associate dance teacher qualifications with the IDTA, and continues to extend her knowledge consistently.
Charlotte holds lots of performance experience across various venues throughout the UK, as well as performing for the Great Britain & New Zealand Rubgy Team, choreographing for ITV and schools, sixth forms and colleges across Lancashire.
Charlotte holds a Level 3 qualification in First Aid and has passed the 'Safeguarding & Protecting Children' qualification with the local authority. In addition to this, she is qualified as a Mental Health first aider with St Johns Ambulance and is a professionally licenced chaperone.
She is recognised as one of the only dance school principals in Bolton to hold an accredited Bolton Mark through Bolton council, and has held this consecutively for over seven years. Charlotte has won awards including 'Outstanding Achievement in the Community' from the local mayoress.

rhiannon
Vice Principal/Teacher of gymnastics
Rhiannon is the vice principal at Aspire and has taught at the dance school for more than 9 years.
Rhiannon started gymnastics when she was 8 years old. Since, she has won many medals & competitions, and she is qualified up to level 2 in artistic gymnastics. She judges regularly for many different gymnastics events and has thorough knowledge on her field - she is always happy to pass this knowledge on to her students.

Within the gymnastics classes, Rhiannon coaches the students on how to build technique, strength and flexibility, as well as working on awards created by the BGA. Rhiannon teaches students of all abilities, and she personally trained at Wigan and Ashton Gymnastics club.
Rhiannon is also First Aid trained by St Johns Ambulance.

Lauren
Teacher of ballet, tap, modern, musical theatre and street
Lauren graduated from Performers College in 2019 with a Level 6 Diploma in Professional Dance & Musical Theatre.

This Easter, Lauren performed as the role of “Wendy Darling” in Peter Pan at St Helen’s Theatre Royal. Lauren also performed as the role of Belle in the pantomime Beauty and The Beast with Regal Entertainment Christmas 2021-2022.
Christmas 2020, she performed as Cinderella in the Curtis Productions and Odeon Cinemas pantomime of Cinderella. She also performed as the role of Dance Captain/Ensemble in the pantomime of Aladdin in Worthing, 2018.

During the pandemic Lauren attained her Personal Training qualification and is now also a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.
Lauren began her classes of Ballet, Tap, Modern at the age of 3 and has always had a passion for dance and musical theatre. She is so excited to bring that passion to the students at Aspire.

abbi
Teacher of street, commercial and heels
Abbi has been dancing since the age of 3. She began by taking weekly classes in ballet, tap and modern until she gained her advanced level grades. At the age of 16 she discovered her love for street dance and since then, has been training in this style continuously. Her training includes the Dana Foglia Mentorship Programme (Beyoncés choreographer), Los Angeles, and intensive dance camps all over Europe.
Abbi has been teaching for the past 7 years and teaches regular classes and workshops in various places across the UK and has also taught internationally in Russia, Norway and Poland.
Commercially, Abbi has worked on shows such as BBC's 'The Sarah Millican Show' and behind Rita Ora on 'The X Factor', aswell as a Michael Jackson Tribute Show touring Majorca and dancing in Aitch's music video. Other credits include Adidas, New Look, Hard Rock Cafe, JD Sports.
Abbi also has a PGCE in Commercial Dance (Higher Education).

Dance teaching is so rewarding and I am lucky enough to work with amazing teachers and students to nurture dancers and help them grow as individuals. I’ve been teaching for over 7 years and I graduated from the Royal Academy of Dance with a degree in BA (Hons) Dance Education as well as gaining RAD Registered Teacher Status.
I have completed the IDTA Level 4 Teaching Diploma in Ballet and Tap which has developed my use of teaching methods and approaches to teaching different ages and levels of ability. I teach other styles such as modern jazz, contemporary and lyrical, as well as adapting my teaching for individual dancers in private lessons and dance choreography.
I knew from a teenager that I wanted to teach dance, and I still love to attend classes and grow my skills as a dancer as well as a teacher.

Teacher of advanced tap grades, pointe and private lessons for teaching qualifications
ELLIE
Teacher of street, ballet and tap (Infant Specialist)
Having grown up training in Musical Theatre from the age of 4, Ellie has a love for both performing and teaching! She has taught at Stagecoach Performing Arts for 7 years with children from the ages of 4-18. Ellie trained at Liverpool Theatre School for 3 years, before leaving to work as a Singer/Dancer on board multiple cruise ships. She has also worked on Pantomime, ‘Everybody’s Talking About Musicals’ The Musical, and was a Dancer in Jack Whitehall's Arena Tour.
Ellie loves being able to share her passion for the arts, helping children of all ages to learn new skills and grow in confidence.
She is so excited to be joining the Aspire family and can’t wait to get started!

Teacher of street
Joel is a dancer and teacher from Manchester. He works for HDI Dance Camps and runs SDC Dance Competitions.

Joel is a teacher that will always encourage his students and get the best out of them, whilst making sure they're enjoying themselves.

JEN
Teacher of lyrical, modern and Mini Elite
Jen has been dancing from a very young age and has graduated from SLP College gaining a Trinity Level 6 in professional dance.
She has also trained professionally in musical theatre for 3 years at the Midlands Academy of Dance and drama, where she gained knowledge in singing, dancing and acting. In addition to these qualifications, Jen also holds associate teacher qualifications with the IDTA.
Jen is very excited and keen to pass on her knowledge and experience to all the students. She cannot wait to see and assist the students to grow and reach their goals and dreams.

Jen will primarily be teaching the mini elite team.

Teacher of musical theatre
Nads has been involved in the Arts and performance from a young age, beginning with membership of local dance schools, theatre groups and choirs such as the Greater Manchester Show Choir.
​
Like many keen performing arts students in the North West they chose to attend Pendleton College, studying for the Level 3 Diploma in Musical Theatre.
Nads continued their studies at The Hammond School where they then graduated with a BA (Hons) Degree in Musical Theatre.
Straight out of drama school, they were offered a full-time performer post by Park Dean Resorts appearing as a featured artist in showstopper productions and cabarets as well as hosting children’s entertainment.
Nads also currently works as a Singing, Lamda, Musical Theatre and Early Stages Teacher at Stagecoach Performing Arts.
Nads believes that singing and drama helps the children build confidence and loves to watch the students developing and learning new skills.

CIARA
Teacher of acro
Ciara has over 5 years experience as a very successful cheer coach in level 1 to 3. Ciara currently still competes at All-Star level as a tumbler and base. She has won multiple National Championships, one of those being in the international division, and this season she has spent time coaching and choreographing some amazing routines for these.

Ciara has always had a passion for choreography and dance, and has performed in fashion shows, events and a Netflix & BBC production.
​
Ciara will be on the Aspire Gymnastics team as a tumbling and stunt coach, to enhance our students Acro skills, as well as choreographing Acro pieces for some of our competitive dancers. She offers private tumbling lessons to students wishing to progress at a quicker pace.
