Charlotte is the principal & creator of Aspire, and she opened the school in 2011.


Charlotte has danced from a very young age and went on to pursue a career as a professional dancer by gaining a place on the theatre dance course at Phil Winstons Theatreworks.


She has achieved recognised associate dance teacher qualifications with the IDTA, and continues to extend her knowledge consistently. 


Charlotte holds lots of performance experience across various venues throughout the UK, as well as performing for the Great Britain & New Zealand Rubgy Team, choreographing for ITV and schools, sixth forms and colleges across Lancashire.


Charlotte holds a Level 3 qualification in First Aid and has passed the 'Safeguarding & Protecting Children' qualification with the local authority. In addition to this, she is qualified as a Mental Health first aider with St Johns Ambulance.


She is recognised as one of the only dance school principals in Bolton to hold an accredited Bolton Mark through Bolton council, and has held this consecutively for seven years. Charlotte has won awards including 'Outstanding Achievement in the Community' from the local mayoress.




Rhiannon is the head gymnastics coach at Aspire and has taught at the dance school for more than 7 years.


Rhiannon started gymnastics when she was 8 years old. Since, she has won many medals & competitions, and she is qualified up to level 2 in artistic gymnastics. She judges regularly for many different gymnastics events and has thorough knowledge on her field - she is always happy to pass this knowledge on to her students.

Within the gymnastics classes, Rhiannon coaches the students on how to build technique, strength and flexibility, as well as working on awards created by the BGA. Rhiannon teaches students of all abilities, and she personally trained at Wigan and Ashton Gymnastics club. 


Rhiannon is also First Aid trained by St Johns Ambulance.


Emily is a dancer and teacher from Warrington. She danced from a young age and then went on to study a BA (Hons) degree at Manchester's Shockout Arts.

Since graduating, Emily has worke on contracts in Dubai performing and choreographing, as well as teaching technique in Aruba where dance classes are not as accessible. 

Emily's commercial credits include: drink adverts, music videos, live performances with Zayn Malik, Pixie Lott, P.Diddy, Tiesto, MK and Bob Sinclair.

Emily also has her own adults heels classes which she gives a lot of focus, and she continually works on bettering herself as a choreographer.

"My intention is always making sure I can provide the best training I can to every student I cross paths with. My job is to assist them in reaching their potential and achieving their goals."



Abbi has been dancing since the age of 3. She began by taking weekly classes in ballet tap and modern until she gained her Advanced Level Grades. At the age of 16 she discovered her love for street dance and since then, has been training in this style continuously. Her training includes the Dana Foglia Mentorship Programme (Beyoncés choreography), Los Angeles, and intensive dance camps all over Europe.


Abbi has been teaching for the past 7 years and teaches regular classes and workshops in various places across the UK and has also taught internationally in Russia, Norway and Poland. 


Commercially, Abbi has worked on shows such as BBC's 'The Sarah Millican Show' and behind Rita Ora on 'The X Factor', aswell as a Michael Jackson Tribute Show touring Majorca. Other credits include Adidas, New Look, Hard Rock Cafe, JD Sports.


Abbi also has a PGCE in Commercial Dance (Higher Education).

Abbi Holden

Emma started performing at a young age – regularly performing in musicals, pantomimes and plays and being nominated for numerous awards for her performances across the North West.

Emma went on to study Musical Theatre at University in Buckinghamshire. She was then accepted onto a screen acting course at The Manchester School of Acting, where she studied acting for television and film. 

Emma is really passionate about drama and acting and the positive effects this can have on children. She believes drama should be fun and engaging in order to bring out the best in her students. Being trained in many areas of drama and acting, Emma has a wide range of skills to provide the children with an education in many areas of performance.



Beth is our infants coach and specialises in ballet, tap and street dance.

Beth has been dancing and performing from an early age, earning grades in Modern Theatre (ISTD) and Musical Theatre (Trinity).


After leaving college with a Distinction in Performing Arts, she began teaching dance and drama to children and adults across Preston and Lancaster, while continuing to train in Ballet, Tap and Modern.


Beth believes that dance is extremely beneficial for children and loves to watch her students go from strength to strength, both in the studio and outside of it.

Amy started dancing at the age of 2 years old. Soon after she started performing on stage and theatres such as Manchester Opera House, Manchester Palace Theatre, Bolton Albert Halls, Blackpool Opera House and London Sadlers Wells Theatre.  She trained at Phil Winston`s Theatreworks in Blackpool, and during her time at Theatreworks she gained her Associate Modern Jazz and became a member of the I.D.T.A.  


After her time at Theatreworks Amy went to Cyprus where she has been working as a teacher of dance, aswell as performing and choreographing many Greek Cypriot Television and musical projects.  She was also assistant choreographer for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest (Cyprus entry) in the year 2008. She has gained all Fellowship qualifications of the 5 theatre subjects of the I.D.T.A. Ballet, Modern Jazz, Tap, Theatre craft and Freestyle throughout her time in Cyprus. She is now currently on the examiners course.

Holly started dancing at the age of 4 where her passion for dance amplified, she attended weekly dance classes in Ballet, Tap and Modern gaining numerous qualifications right up to Advanced levels. 


Holly started her professional training at Preston’s College Dance (PCD) where she gained a Degree: Dance Teaching in the Private sector, National Diploma in Dance Performance and Teaching, ISTD DDE Associate Modern Theatre, Tap and DDI Imperial Ballet. Holly is also Acrobatic Arts Module 1 certified, Acro Dance Pre-school Certified and Alixa Flexibility Module 1-4 certified. Furthermore, Holly is a registered Dance Coach and Chaperone with Bolton Council. 


Holly is now a highly versatile dance and acrobatics teacher and has choreographed for numerous events such as theatre productions, award ceremonies, pantomimes and dance shows. Alongside teaching Holly is also a professional dancer who has performed in several theatre shows, pantomimes and high-profile events. 


Holly strives to inspire and empower everyone she teaches, and loves watching her students become the best version of themselves.  




Naomi recently graduated as an actress from SLP College studying Professional Musical Theatre. During her time studying she played lots of different roles in house, from Millie Dilmount in Thoroughly Modern Millie  to the Witch in Into the Woods.

Naomi has been performing from a young age and has undertaken workshops recently in Acting Through Song, which is one of her big passions.

Naomi is excited to get started at Aspire as a Musical Theatre coach, offering private tuition as well as group musical theatre lessons, and preparing students for LAMDA exams in both Acting and Musical Theatre if they wish to.

Naomi can’t wait to pass on her knowledge to the students.
